Mr. Kasture is commerce and law graduate and has a rich experience in dealing with the various issues concerning finance, banking and investment. He provides the most important angle to the organization i.e. commercialization of the technology. He is actively involved in providing financial consultancy for starting new company or industry. He is also specialized in the field of Joint Venture, Mergers and Acquisitions not only between the companies in India but also abroad. Before joining TESPL as a Director, he had experience of working with banks like State Bank of India, Indus Ind Bank, Times Bank and HDFC Bank.
