Mr. Bhalchandra G. Kulkarni

As a hardcore engineer and experienced team member of TESPL, Mr. Kulkarni has developed several techno-economically feasible products & systems. He has successfully introduced many path breaking concepts in engineering industry.

He began his career as trainee engineer with Transparent after completing his mechanical engineering from K. J. Somaiya Polytechnic, Mumbai in 1987 and has risen to the post of MD & CEO in the year 2009.

Initially he worked as Service & Commissioning engineer for five years. This period gave him complete knowledge regarding equipments functions & performance. The field knowledge gathered became very handy & effective when he shifted to Sales & Mktg. in the year 1992. He assumed position of Vice President – Sales & Mktg in the year 2000 and continued to focus on topline growth.

He has not only witnessed development of large product basket and business growth of Transparent, but has put in major contribution to establish presence of company’s products & systems in the market.

Having grown from bottom to top position, the company immensely gets benefitted from his knowledge and experience.
