Mr. Ajit U. Apte

After completing post-graduation (M. Tech. – Energy Systems Engineering) from IIT Mumbai, Mr. Apte joined Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Management Trainee in April 1992. He has worked for one year at Larsen and Toubro Ltd., Mumbai

While working in various capacities in Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. he remained associated with activities like developing and standardizing an array of products like Boilers & Heaters, Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plants, and Multiple Evaporation Plants etc. and development of super efficient class Boilers & Heaters with highest thermal efficiencies.

He was elevated as Wholetime Director in March 2007 and was looking after business development of high value projects such as Waste Heat based Power Plants for Cement Industry, Large Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plants in domestic as well as international market till March 2009.

Effective April 2009, he has been appointed as Managing Director of another group company, Transparent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. However, he continues to be a non-executive Director of Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. and the company benefits from his knowledge & experience.
